During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including a valid email address, and you must keep this information current for the duration of your account's life. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account whether authorised by you or not. phkilig strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform and that you log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices. 4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using the phkilig platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other users and the integrity of the platform at all times. You must not engage in any activity that is designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors or technical glitches, use automated software or bots, or otherwise undermine the fairness of any game or betting market available on phkilig. Collusion between players, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies intended to circumvent platform rules, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
phkilig reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, has provided false or misleading information during registration, or has engaged in any activity that is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Accounts may also be suspended or closed in response to a lawful request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order applicable within the Philippines. If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in your account wallet may be withheld pending investigation, and funds derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
